Turrican was, but it was renamed "Universal Soldier" and touted as a film tie-in! Even though the game was made two years previously; they only changed some of the graphics. Shocking behaviour.
There was also an Amiga incarnation of Krusty's Funhouse that wasn't anything to do with The Simpsons, called Rat Trap. All they did was change the main character sprite into Krusty the Clown and put other Simpsons characters in front of the traps. It was a very well made Amiga game that didn't get the credit it deserved, in my opinion.
