I wish I had a schematic of the power supply. I am still trying to figure out exactly what that new wire we put in does because that wire does not exist on my old power supply. The places where it hooks up that are shown in the above pictures are there but there is no wire.

I've never been able to find power supply schematics. The official repair documents don't cover power supplies. I would bet that there are several different revisions of power supply for each computer.
I'm not sure what the wire does, as the supply "should" work if the transformer is a 1:1 with a center tap. The 220v would hook to the center tap, while the 110v hooks across the whole coil. Maybe the jumper has something to do with the NTSC tick signal?
