The AmigaDE is a run time environment.
Tao’s technology contains relatively fast virtual processor.
Entire OS can be built on top of abstract processor layer.
It would kinda be weird running AROS from the AmigaDE. I could see why may you might want to port workbench to the DE but the whole operating sytem?
Why not? It has a virtual processor.
