They both have to emulate/simulate a 68k processor.

MorphOS is "new", but as it also allows old AOS-SW to be used it is also an "updated" OS, just like you could "update" from Win3.x to OS/2.

It will be defined as an “unofficial update”.

Some people were discussing OS4_on_Pegasos on ann.lu and B.Buck
made a statement where he said that this will happen (obvious) and that it is Hyperion own problem if they don't make legal copies available.

Piracy is fact of life, even the mighty MS has to fight this.  AInc/Hyperion is approaching piracy by the old methods, which will ultimately fail.

come On ! i'm sure bplan would have ordered a mai sample board when they were developing the pegasos. Maybe the Mai board/Amiga One ws the first thing Mos ran on!

he wasin't encouraging piracy in fact the works legally optained copy where used. IF someone buys os4 for his blizzard ppc and then hacks it to run on pegasos is that piracy?
