Tried Perfect Paint V2.8 (before going to V2.9)?

I have the following setup for running Perfect Paint V2.8. (soon be running V2.9x as soon I locate some font related libraries and time). Screen shot is available upon request.

0. DirectX 9.0 runtime libraries, NVidia Driver (V43.51), GeForce 4 TI VIVO.
1. WinUAE-JIT 0.8.22.R6, Windows XP Pro.
2. WinUAE-JIT 0.8.22.R6 Windows Server 2003 ED(mirror copy of point 1).

Both set-ups has a specific Windows login for direct WinUAE/AmigaOS boot.

3. My  JIT-WinUAE has the following settings
+ KickStart 3.1, WorkBench 3.1****.  This includes Birdie and VisualPref patches.
+ 020-FPU (Fastest  possible, but maintain chipset timing.)
+ 8Mb JIT Cache, Hard flash=ON, ConstJump=ON, FPU support=ON, Force settings=ON, No Flag=On, Indirect=On.
+ Amiga screen resolutions set to "800x600, 16bit", (render every frame)
+ Workbench screen (via uaegfx) is set to 1024x768 32bit BGRA.
Full Screen=On, Full Screen RTG=ON
+ Detect 16bit Pixel Format=Engaged.

4. Selected "uaegfx 1024x768 16bit PC" for P-PV2.8.

****Currently(slowly) rebuilding a clean AmigaOS 3.9 set-up (hobby).

Most of the AmigaOS files(and setup) was raided from my older Amiga3000 machine.
Amiga 1200 PiStorm32-Emu68-RPI 4B 4GB.
Ryzen 9 7900X, DDR5-6000 64 GB, RTX 4080 16 GB PC.
