I don't have openPCI installed. What program asks for it?
To make my Delfina Lite work I installed AHI 4.18, the delfina drivers (make sure you have the right device driver) and some tools to initialise the card and overclock it slightly.
Oh and installing MUI is a good idea as a lot of programs use it.
