Is Picasso 96 2.1b freeware and if so where can I find it.

Hello All,

I am really having problems with my A4000T Mediator Board and been told Picasso 96 version 2.1b works without a problem. Is it freeware and if so can someone please give me the link. Thanks in advance, Merv Stent :crazy:
