Its no longer for sale and hasn't been for years. Why not upgrade to OS 3.9 which has a Internet stack included?

The Internet stack in OS 3.9 is free unlike the crippled version you got in OS 3.5 (OS 3.0 or 3.1 had no internet stack).

The only other stacks available are TermiteTCP, AmiTCP,
Miami, MiamiDx, Genesis.
