It's a long time since I worked with the A1060 but I remember making a bootfloppy that would initiate the 1060, add wait for it to get ready, then mount a Amiga partion of the harddrive in the 1060, then assign over sys assigns to that partition from the floppy and continue booting the Amiga of the harddrive. Wasn't pritty but it worked.
Took some trial and error to get it to work, especially the needed add of WAIT time (that wasn't documented) before you could mount the Amiga partition of the PC harddrive.
