Hope I haven't missed the point, but have you tried Aminet
https://aminet.net/search?query=backdropI generally create images in Photoshop on the PC and then save in Amiga IFF. You can also save in JPG and just upload to PPaint and save the same way.
Its way more fun creating your own. And to get the resolution just save the backdrop and interogate on the PC to get a perfect match.
Hope that makes sense.
By the way I always found backdrops and drawer images burnt though my memory.
