Dead Apollo 4040-4060 turbo Card -- Help!!

Are we talking about this card...

If so they can often conflict with the slightest thing. I have had a number of problems with this card particularly with PCMCIA devices and possible power issues. You either get the dim light or even a flashing light. You will note from mine I have the bit of paper under the power modulator.
Sorry if I missed the point or got the card wrong. As I say, may be not the card at fault.

Whoops.. :-) Apollo, problems, dimming light... and I just reflected on the problems I have had with Apollo cards. Never mind... I'll shut up.
