I don't know about your specific router (not to mention that
I use Miami and not Genesis), but I would think it should
work to keep your Amiga at dynamic IP-allocation. That's
what I use between my router and my A4000 anyway.

Um, try to find out what IP-adress you router has on your
local network (probably something like 192.168.0.1 or
somesuch) and set your Amigas "gateway" to
that (static) IP-number. Worth a shot. If there is something
wrong in the Genesis config, I cannot help.
