Thats not exactly true. There are two things: "EU" and "Euro-zone" and they are often misplaced. Member of EU
isnt automatically member of euro-zone.
Ie. when i want to pay to somebody in germany, it will cost me
9 Eur just for bank transfer (fee).
Germany and Czech rep. are both members of EU, but Czech republic isnt member of euro-zone.
Hope it clears some misunderstandings...
