ive tried it with miami, BUT there is a problem with tutorial (found it on aminet) - it works as pc is dialer, so after connecting with amiga pc is ONLY connected to amiga and ethernet connection to the internet isnt working. I need it in other way - amiga as dialer and PC as "router"

it will need some services running on pc, but im not that skilled on windoze, so any help welcome!
