What kind of video input is common on hotel TVs ?

Nice to know if some portable circuit board is brought along.. ;)

A lot of hotels use cheap ass consumer TV's but some use industrial units with BNC inputs from a central feed, if this is the case the chances are you're out of luck.

In reality, I've seen very few hotels/holiday camps/guest houses that don't have composite or SCART available somewhere.

Some games consoles have multi-leads available for situations like these:

Good to hear better inputs becoming more common. I think a lot depends on the kind of hotel you stay in. Smaller guest houses are unlikely to upgrade hardware at the rate of the larger hotels, that's for sure.

I've worked in hotels and holiday camps and it was never a problem if someone plugged in a console. The best bet may be just to phone up and ask in advance.
