BTW, not sure if it's still happening but the indivision MK2 was rumored to have Graffiti emulation, could be another option for you when it comes out if that's still the case.

You can play Doom with 256 colors faster the ECS

Nemac IV and Trapped too, and a few others (some versions of Gloom but if I remember correctly, not all). Also the software includes an AVI player.

I know that it is faster with ESC and Doom, but are there any benefits with AGA??? I konw that Trapped supports it, Nemac, some Shapeshifter screen drivers etc. but are they faster or not, with AGA?

Quicker with a graffiti than AGA, yes. AGA machine with Graffiti quicker than OCS/ECS machine with Graffiti, yes. This is mainly because the single most limiting factor for the Graffiti itself is the speed of your chip ram however.
