It gets harder and harder to find good chemicals with a world full of health and safety nuts. Crazy IMHO, any first year degree chemist can make all sorts of fun with the stuff under the kitchen sink.

http://www.readyreagents.co.uk sell 250ml peroxide at 35% for £5, they sell on ebay too (dilute with distilled water for lesser strength). I've dealt with them before and they are a very good company.
