Looks like a reasonable choice for an Amiga screen. Presuming that's 1280X1024 @ 75Hz for the VGA it should serve you well.
I agree with the above also, the quoted V Sync will only refer to the VGA, your SCART input will work fine. :-D

.....that's what we called NTSC when I worked in video...'nuff said.  :lol:
