What is "Phoenix"?

phinixi.com. It's a "developers organization" for what you might call "post-Amiga" computer projects. The definition of developer is very broad, though, and includes roles like journalists, resellers, betatesters, translators and so on in addition to coders. So it isn't really all that exclusive. (There are working groups within Phoenix that are more closed, though.)
