PAL-NTSC Switching

Hello All,
I have a NTSC USA A2000 HD system, and when I use the Sysinfo utility, it confirms that it is indeed fitted with a ECS AGNUS 1MB chip. The question that I have is this:

How come when I start the system and press down on both mouse buttons, in the Boot menu, there is no Display Options, Display Mode/PAL?

I am referring to this link:

How can I switch between PAL and NTSC on this machine?

Oh, it has a board installed that allows me to switch between 1.3 and 2.0.

I see. I am sorry, is this Kickstart version or Workbench?

is this toggle switch in the back of my NTSC A2000? Where?
