Amiga to a regular TV

Hi All,
It's been a long time, and my Amiga 600HD (bought on eBAY!) won't be here till next week, umm, embarresing question:

Can I connect my Amiga to my Sony 36" (WEGA) using these cables:

I have an NTSC TV set, so I can't use a SCART device. What is the alternative? Thanks!
