Heh I used to worked for the team who designed the VP101 in Plymouth UK. Zarlink stopped making this chip in about 2002 but sold all their back stock to

And the Zorro PAL, P702. It's a PLCC20 programmed to be part number 391199-03

AFAIK there are no binaries (JDEC) or sources for A4000 PALs
The only source code and binaries I've ever found were for projects worked on by Dave Haynie and the A4000(T) wasn't one of them.
