On a MiniMegiChip: is it possible to remove the AGNUS - NTSC version (8375VBB  318069-11) by the Pal version (8375VBB  318069-11) on a socket ?

Yes. Done it myself with a MegAChip.

NOTE: VBB is not part of the chip code, it's just 8375.

NOTE: I think you meant 318069-10 for the PAL one right?

A little easier on the MegaChip since it already had a socketed Agnus chip, didn't it?
Yup. 2 seconds with the PLCC remover. Wince at the sound of cracking plastic because it is so brittle after all these years and plop. Shove the new one in the right way round and voila.

If you're an accomplished at SMT (surface mount technology) soldering I'm sure it won't take long. If not you could probably send it to Kipper2k at EAB and he'd possibly do it in exchange for being able to keep the NTSC Agnus, maybe even provide the PAL Agnus too as he had lots of spares last time we spoke ;)
