Where did the number 200 come from?

Edit: Ah I see it came from BBoAH

The pictures show it has a 68060 Cyberstorm MKIII inside with 64Mbytes RAM. That's quite an expensive bit of kit on it's own. There is nothing about it in the advert. Does it come with it?
