Tobias Seiler, aka MASTATABS is your only hope.

But I fear that he is the man who says he cannot find his chips.

Tobias worked at VillageTronic alongside the late great Klaus Burkert

He got hold of all the VillageTronic Amiga stock and was going to start a small business offering PIV repairs and upgrades so I doubt he would be prepared to release the binary files you would need to program these chips.

He is a great man, he sent me several replacement chips for my PicassoIV in 2004, and his Amiga Hardware Reference Manual v3 last year.
