WinUAE can format n hard drive to go in an A600, but you'll probably need a 44pin (2.5") to 40pin (3.5") adapter which will probably cost more than a new floppy drive.

No-one is going to
give you an A600 accelerator, they sell for about 250-350 UK pounds (
