There were two commercial Zip to Simm adapters. Both I think called AmiFast, one by ProV and the other by UK company RamJam (might be the same one and two vendors).
It would probably be cheaper to buy an accelerator or a DKB3128 nowadays though

Being only 2Mbytes, I guess they thought that no-one would ever want one. I am sure you can beg / borrow just one ZIP?
