What is CCAPP?

My firewall has started asking me if I want CCAPP.exe to have access everytime I access the net from WinUAE.  Anyone know what this is?

Ahh! cool I'll give it permant access then... I just wish they'd give a more descriptive name to these things so you'd know wether to trust 'em..
