AmigaOS itself will work just fine with 10/100 Mbit or even just 100 Mbit cards, provided you have the drivers. Currently the only 100 Mbit drivers available for Amithlon are those that work with the OpenPCI library, for RTL 8139 based PCI cards.
Cool, my new motherboard (Gigabyte GA-7VAXP) has onboard RTL8139(A) so hopefully It'll work
