Its a BIG mistake of the dutch goverment who turned him over ... without knowing for sure that he would be arrested there ....

Don't be, they still may decide to arrest him.
This whole accedent is to blame at the Dutch minister who decided to send him to Norway without consulting with the Norway police ...
