I remember a couple of times where EasyNet didn't copy over all the required files and I ran SnoopDOS... it told me exactly what was missing and where to put missing files/libs. Also, as Mike mentioned, usually installs in SYS:Internet. And, if there is ANY other IP Stack references in your config files you need to rem those out or modify. Although I'm sure you've already checked all that.
