Well, I'll buy it if for anything else just to set next to my OS3.5 and OS3.9 CDs! Haha... But more than that, to run under emulation with quit a few new enhancements before 4.2 comes out (which BTW I read somewhere is not going to be anytime soon - maybe not even in 2015). I think that if you already own an X500 or X1000 you may not really want or need this final edition if you plan on waiting for 4.2. On the other hand, those that want to run under emulation could start tinkering right away and it includes all the updates. This could also give laptop owners a real opportunity for AmigaOS4 using WinUEA or FS-UAE on Windows and MAC OSX.
Concerning some SAM boards, Another reason to buy this disk is due to a U-Boot update. Acube's SAM computers require a more recent version of the second level bootloader (SLB) than is contained on the original Amiga OS4.1 CD. Meaning, owners of a SAM wouldn't be able to boot from their original CD but would have to download and burn a customized CD image from ACube first. Source:
