I recall having similar problems with my Mediator : this guide is quite useful
http://ext.neostrada.pl/Although you are not specific with the mixer.library problem it could be down to MUI so ensure that is installed on your system.
Now my Mediator is working it is great as I can surf the net and the Spider card is a fantastic addition as you can use usb functionality.
