The highter the boilng point the longer the tube can be, anyway, just get some tiny bore copper piping, crimp+solder one end, half fill the pipe with your liquid (some organic solvent?) evacuate the pipe as much as you can with a small air pump, then crimp the open end closed, solder to make sure you've got a nice seal.
bingo! one heat pipe. (remember hot bits at the bottom, heat sink at the top.)
