Im installing some OS for testing on a raspberry pi... my question is about raspbian or pi performance, lag on small videos, crispy sound sometimes, low response... is really raspbian unusable sometimes as i see?
Raspian (which is now the official distribution) is very quick and well optimised for the Pi... X on the other hand is a piece of junk, really showing it's age. When doing any media playback use OGL or OVG directly.

Yes... try to see a video with raspbian is impossible, and sound quality isnt good...whats the alternative OS for video, audio and browsing?

Thanks.
Open up a command line and run your video using omxplayer, that uses hardware acceleration. Enjoy ;)
