Yes, this project aims at AmigaOS 4 or MorphOS.

What about AROS? if it's a community designed and built Computer... then it makes sense to use a Community designed and built OS?

There will be an update soon :-)

Michal has just finished work on our new PCI sub system, it's being debugged as we speak, and Nic has got the CPU detection routines working (with an dea to getting Multiple CPU support working).

How will AROS support modern graphic cards like radeon etc etc? Will there be a special graphic.library that takes advantage of them? for enhancing gui and stuff

The graphics.library and the cybergraphics.library both go through the graphics.hidd which provides support for modern graphics capabilitys including hardware accelleration for both of the original systems :-o

We already support 16bit and 32bit displays as you can see from the website and if you try the disk/CD

GUI enhancements will come from Zune :-)

-Edit- hahah, Kronos beat me to it :-D

Sounds good!  :-) How safe will it be to have two operating systems on a boot partition? if i want both aros and please forgive me......windows xp  ;-)

That would be fine the boot loader we use is Grub wich can boot either Windows or AROS (and Linux too). The only problem is that at the moment AROS lke to have the drive to itself, and will eliminate any other OS on that drive... this will be improved later. But for now I suggest you use a spare drive for AROS :-)
