Ditto, but for all bread type foods.
If I could give up Ciabatta I'd be at least a stone lighter I reckon! 
I do love various bread based foods, but in 2003 I gave up carbs for about a year... and went from 13 stone down to 9 stone. Then started going to the gym to bulk up to 10 stone... which is where I'm at now

I still don't really eat carbs... a sneaky crumpet is one of my few carb vices :lol:
Oh and yeah, ciabatta is also lovely
