There are 3 interesting project:
1-AmigaOne the official new Amiga capable to rune the newest AmigaOS (version 4.0, ppc antive), the only official solution.
2-Pegasos, an Amiga inspired computer taht runs MorphOS with highly 3.x amiga campatibility, fast and prosmising os.
3-There is also a ColdFire project, an accelerator card (ColdFusion) that add to the Classic Amiga (the old models) a Motorola ColdFire processor (the 68k evolution), and can accellerate the classic software a lot.

4- AROS, a multiplatform AmigaOS Clone. Currently quite advanced on the x86 (ie a normal PC). AROS is also being ported to the Pegasos.

Probably, since there are lower overheads involved in running AROS than, say XP.

We also hope to get UAE integrated into AROS, so that it is (as much as possible seamless).

I would note however that WinUAE is by far the most advanced Amiga Emualtion available at the moment (it's got more features thana big shaking stick!), and it also allows for Hardware graphics acceleration (which AROS is lacking due to lack of Drivers).

Are you JIT'd yet though Bloodline?

Martyn.

hmm good question! I'm not sure if anyone has applied the JIT patch, but it should work on AROS x86 without problems.
