Rep Power

Hi Everyone,

I noticed the site has changed (I'm slow, but not that slow) but have only just seen the Rep Power thing. Mine is 5. Is that good? Is it based on the number of posts you make like the status under your username? Mine says Technoid at the moment. Can it go down? Is there an FAQ on the site that I should have read before posting that explains all?

If everybody started with a rep power of ten, then I would like to know who I offended and what they were offended by.

Everyone starts with 10 rep points, not 10 Rep power... 10 rep power is gonna take quite a bit to earn

Boy am I in trouble, anybody ever reach minus rep points, I have been trying hard and I just can't seem to get the knack of getting my positive points to negitive.
