Does WHDLoad work in MOS on the PUP?

Good question, does it? I would suspect not, guessing you would have to run E-uae

Really on the JIT as well, so native 68k non hardware hitting apps will run faster than on  AOS. Intersting mr Bond

Well the real hardware is there... I assume the 68k JIT has full access to the address space and assuming it is privy to the amiga interupts... It should work...

Dang, I just noticed the MOS install requires a CD drive... Could someone image their HD with a MOS for BlizzPPC already installed, for me? Cheers :-)

Yes, but games dont work on AOS4 for classic either and the same is true

Then my guess is that interupts are not handled properly... Or maybe the lower 2meg is not mapped into the 68kJIT address space...

Bah! Where's Piru when you need him? ;-)

At work.

MorphOS wasn't designed to support the HW banging apps/games. This allowed some optimizations to be made.

Amazingly some stuff still works.

Yeah, I guess things can be made a lot faster when not worrying about chipset timing etc...

Any ideas how to install MOS without a CD drive?

Hmmm... Yeah...still seems like too much effort, can I install using UAE, or does it look for a BlizzPPC?

use a pcmcia compactflash/SD adapter to transfer the files. You could also transfer the files to your HD through WinUAE.

No PCMCIA, I have no plans to spend any money on legacy hardware anymore. I might purchase whatever Jens comes up with from his CloneA project... But that is all.

I also am no longer motivated to mess around wasting time trying to get something to work... Which is why I would prefer a nice preinstalled HD image I can write to an HD...

But he's got plenty of time to "waste" on the forums. Typical.

If that was directed at me, then I will point out that I post on this forum from my iPhone... so I don't actually have to devote any time to it... and my free time I prefer to spend working on my own projects, like Anubis or AROS than trying to get my old Amiga's working without any compatible display device, and I think I've lost my Amiga Mice too... :-(
