In OctaMED save out as AIFF and then use a converter like:

Cheers, but I was trying to find a way to do it on the Amiga, so I can dump samples by MIDI to my Akai s3000xl which will only read sd2 samples.
  At the minute I am using an old Mac connected to the sampler by SCSI to transfer samples.  This is, as you might imagine, {bleep}.


Oh right... I've never used SD samples on the Amiga... I'm not even sure it's possible...
