 I almost got it booting on my G4 Mac Mini, but as I said there's only one specific model with a particular OF version which will actually allow it to boot.

I think what that shows is how unimportant the CPU architecture is... and also how brilliant Apple's transition from PPC to x86 has been... I have a PPC and  x86 Macs and other than the obvious performance difference, you wouldn't  know :-)
