Which is exactly why I want to start a class action suit against Amiga, Inc, for the coupon scam. They stated the coupon was for AmigaOne/OS4.0 Early Bird Bundles. Eyetech's boards, in AI's own words, are not AmigaOnes, thereby Amiga Inc committed both theft and fraud, by taking people's money *YEARS* ago. ;-) How could they take money for a product, originally intended to be created by a company that went bankrupt *BEFORE* the coupon fiasco and without a working product? :rtfm:

Methuselas wrote:[EDIT] - Actually, Matt, if you want to get technical, the "NEW" Amiga Inc isn't the one that signed the contract with Escena, Hyperion, B-Plan, etc. Their lawsuit, is, in effect, null and void. Even if they renewed the contract, which, at the point in time, Escena was defunct, as a company, they *KNOWINGLY* were ripping off the public, since they had no product.
