Personally, in the past I've found CRTs to be better for Gaming than LCDs, but in recent times with full screen AA and motion-blur effects, both of which smear out harsh colour changes... you don't really notice the difference any more. Modern Games + Modern Graphics Cards look great on modern LCDs :-)
