What a nickname! (does it mean anything?)
Anyhow, Dreamcasts do NOT have just 16MB of RAM. They have 16MB of main RAM, 8MB of video RAM and 2MB for sound. The DC motherboard is exactly the same as the original NAOMI arcade board, but with 10MB less RAM.
