Why are you using a GVP HC+8 when you have the tekscsi.device in there? I'm going to guess it's because you have the Tekmagic 060 board which has the RDB bug which was fixed a long time ago by Doobrey.
I was going to ask this also, but even worse he's still using FFS lol. the drive would work on the tekscsi as is and likely be much faster.
