Have an A4000 keyboard, and finally got an adapter from amigakit.us that allows me to connect it to the A3000.

This A3000 is a rescue that had some battery damage. It boots though without a keyboard plugged in. Mouse works, so I can run SysInfo and get results.

Sadly, when I first powered it up the A3000 with the keyboard plugged in it would not boot. If I plug it in while the A3000 is booting normally, the computer resets.

Any idea what I can do here?

Edit: The A4000 keyboard is also a rescue so I have no idea if it works.

If its not psu related or trace damage,it sounds like it could be the cia's.. check all voltages first. is the 3k keyboard known to be good?
