Ok...ok...I know...it's a long shot. These cards are bloody rare. I've googled, read, investigated, compared...and found a small amount of info here and there. But I'd like some more.
If anyone has any original documentation such as a user manual or similar I would so like to hear from you 
Plus any other good evidence on jumper settings and so on.
I'm trying to work out the 060 upgrade method. And I've got the inkling that it'd be easy to do as well! And also some info on the SCSI board/setup would be great too!

If the card is upgradeable, i suspect it may need a new rom as well as 3.3v regulator similar to the apollo card upgrades(unless its already onboard can be active with just a jumper change).
you could test this by powering the card up and and checking the other jumper pins for 3.3v instead of 5v.
in the worst case if it is a LC chip on board, a safe upgrade would be a 040/40mhz full part to replace it. i think the latest mask is l88m.
