Does anyone have all the jumper settings for one of these boards?  The book doesn't have settings for all of the jumpers.  The card is a rev 2, but is different than the ones pictured on the Amiga Hardware sites.  It has j5, j6, j7, j8, and j9 for RAM.  I have a jumper on j7 and j9 for 0 RAM.  It has J3 and J4, one of which is autoboot, it just says "boot" above those two.  J10, J11, and J12 say "ID" and are all open.  Then there are two toward the middle of the board, and each has 3 pins, they are J2 and J13.  The manual doesn't even mention these.
