this is probabaly no help, but a friend of mine used to run a picasso IV in his A2000 with a DKB wildfire without any trouble. Not sure but maybe then 2 small bridge chips need updating? might check the revisions and also the flash revision?

The question now is.....with everything finally stable, do I tempt fate and replace my Pic II+ with my Pic IV?

I imagine I'd just replace the card, it'd boot into the regular low res Amiga screen, rerun the P96 setup and tell it I'm installing a Pic IV.

I'm just worried I'll have my old problems with it not 'keeping' the hi res resolution after a reboot all over again.

The simple thing to do is back up the HD to another,so if something goes wrong you can easily be back to where you started.

replacing cards and reinstalling p96 should do the trick.
